Liz Aldred

People Director

As Director of Human Resources at Sedex, Liz  works with the Executive team to review and implement HR policies and procedures within Sedex and also supports the Board and provides legal support to the business.

Before joining Sedex in January 2016, Liz had twenty years’ experience both at Inquilab Housing Association and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal providing support to their management teams and Boards.

Liz has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies. She is also an Associate CIPD Member.  In her spare time she enjoys the theatre.
