Deborah Cullen

Deborah has over 25 years’ experience of advising international financial services, fintech and SaaS companies as general counsel  and company secretary. She oversees legal affairs, governance and compliance across the Sedex group of companies and supports the Sedex Holdings Board as Company Secretary. 

Equipped with a Masters in European Business Law, she spent her first five years doing family and criminal work at the UK Bar, since which she has supported a wide spectrum of businesses, including regulators and third sector organisations, as an in-house counsel. In recent years she has taken on both executive management and non-executive roles providing independent review and scrutiny of corporate governance and best practice. Deborah is also an accredited mediator and experienced negotiator.
