Eileen Jackson

Chief Financial Officer

Eileen joined Sedex as CFO with close to 30 years of finance experience across a variety of sectors including audit & advisory, broking, facilities management and technology. She has held senior leadership roles at Quantios, Interserve plc and ICAP plc. She is an ICAEW chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork, Ireland.

She has a strong track record of finance and legal transformation, establishing best in class teams supported by modern and efficient software solutions. She is passionate about assisting businesses to grow responsibly to better serve its customers and society as a whole. She has had much success working with Boards and management teams to deliver strategic goals and objectives and brings valuable experience on mergers, acquisition and integrations with the objective of minimising disruption and optimising value.
