Duncan began his career in consulting, then moved into operator roles, leading technology within highly regulated, mission-critical environments, supporting critical national infrastructure, global financial markets and tier-one financial institutions. Operating at the highest levels of availability, security, and compliance shaped a rigorous, resilient approach to the build, buy and run of technology.

Over the past decade, he has served as Co-Founder, Advisor, and CTO within venture- and private equity-backed businesses, combining entrepreneurial drive with enterprise-grade discipline. He has led organisations through start-up, scale-up, transformation and acquisition— modernising platforms, strengthening resilience, security, and aligning technology strategy tightly to business value.
