Announcing the new Sedex Member Directors 2022

Following the Member Director elections at the Sedex Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022, we would like to announce the two new Member Directors who were elected to the Sedex Board:

Barbara GregorySenior Manager, Responsible Sourcing, Walmart	Katie SmothersSr. Sustainability Manager, Ingredion Incorporated

The Member Directors sit on the Board and represent the interests of our members at Board meetings, helping to influence the strategic planning and decision-making of Sedex to achieve our goals and improve responsible sourcing globally. We would like to warmly welcome Barbara and Katie to the Sedex Board.

As part of the AGM, the members also passed resolutions to:

• Re-appoint Esther Tsang, Natura & Co as a Member Director
• Approve the annual accounts for 2021
