The Sedex Advisory Committee (SAC) is an initiative by Sedex to ensure that customers have a voice alongside recognised global authorities.
Launched in late 2024, the SAC provides a platform for strategic direction and integrates multiple external viewpoints to influence and refine Sedex’s solutions. It comprises 18 handpicked experts in global supply chains and ESG, strengthening Sedex’s governance structure.

What we do
The Sedex Advisory Committee meets every two months to discuss emerging industry trends, pressing challenges and upcoming legislative changes on supply chain due diligence alongside Sedex’s strategic ESG solutions. Their perspectives influence key decisions at Sedex. This collaborative approach ensures that Sedex drives innovation and excellence across our operations.
“With Sedex being a supplier data platform of choice for so many members of AIM-Progress, I am eager to contribute to the thinking on the future evolution of this important player in the human rights and supply chain due diligence world.”
Katrin Recke, AIM-Progress
“We’re honoured to partner with such established, experienced practitioners and renowned leaders in their fields to address key challenges and workable solutions for corporate sustainability. The SAC’s global, multilateral representation underscores our commitment to inclusivity and driving a positive impact in supply chains on a global scale.”
