This election, held as part of our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), will decide a new member representative to join the SHL Board.

As a membership organisation, SHL has an important mission to drive socially and environmentally sustainable practices in global supply chains.
Member Directors sit on the SHL Board to represent businesses across global supply chains and keep our members’ needs at the centre of SHL. The SHL Board plays a key role in providing strategic input and direction to Sedex Information Exchange Limited (SIEL), which provides the Sedex Platform and other solutions, as a majority shareholder.
