
Guy Gresham
Guy Gresham brings over 20 years of experience in global financial services, specializing in capital markets, investor relations, and sustainability. Originally from New Zealand and now based in New York, he has extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG governance, and aligning global standards with business operations. As Group Head of Global Investor Relations Advisory at BNY, Guy led a team advising more than 800 companies across 50+ countries. He co-chaired the bank’s ESG Advisory Council and the Sustainable Client Solutions Working Group, providing executive management with strategic guidance on governance structures and compliance frameworks aligned with TCFD, SASB, SEC, CSRD, and CSDDD regulations, among other emerging requirements.
Guy currently serves on the advisory committees of Yale’s Initiative for Sustainable Finance and several start-ups in the sustainability and financial services sectors, offering expertise on regulatory frameworks, market entry, and incorporating sustainability into capital markets. He holds an executive MBA from Cornell University, AI certifications from MIT and the University of Edinburgh, and climate-related certifications from Politecnico di Milano and the World Bank. His work focuses on regulatory alignment and integrating sustainability and technology into corporate strategies, addressing both ESG risk management and commercial sustainability opportunities.
