This year, the Sedex Holdings Ltd (SHL) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place online on Tuesday 24 June 2025 at 12:00 noon (BST).

During the AGM, the SHL Chair, Steven Esom, and Chief Executive Officer, Jon Hancock, will provide an update to SHL members about business progress over the past 12 months, and the business strategy for 2025.
Our Chief Financial Officer, Eileen Jackson, will provide an overview of the audited accounts for 2024. Our Director of Member & Customer Relations, Allison Hudson, will also present.
Members will have the opportunity to vote on the Resolutions of the 2025 AGM. These include:
- Approving SHL’s audited accounts for 2024 and the appointment of the independent auditors.
- Reappointing one current Member Director.
- Casting a vote for a new Member Director.
- Approving changes to the SHL Articles of Association.

All SHL members will be invited to attend the AGM via email, or to appoint a proxy and cast their votes ahead of the meeting. Members will shortly receive this invitation from Civica, the independent organisation managing the voting process at the AGM.

We hold this interest in Sedex Information Exchange Ltd alongside minority investor Lloyds Development Capital (LDC).
