Starting as a Food and Beverage Manager in 2007, Anthony quickly earned recognition for his passion and high standards in the hotel industry. Recognizing a gap in the market for superior training and staffing solutions, Anthony joined Talent Employment Inc., a company dedicated to providing top-tier staffing for hospitality, light industrial, and office services.

My extensive tenure spanning over 24 years in the hospitality and service industry which has equipped me with invaluable insights and skills. Having worked across various sectors including hotels, resorts, arenas, restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies, and conference centres, I possess a comprehensive understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This well-rounded experience enables me to offer strategic perspectives and solutions that are grounded in practical knowledge and industry best practices.
Additionally, it is my goal to create supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. In fact, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse cultural histories whether they come from affluent backgrounds or war-torn countries. My approach is rooted in empathy and focuses on recognising and addressing the unique needs of team members.
I actively invest in building relationships across cultures by learning common language phrases to make our staff more comfortable at our workplace. This demonstrates my commitment to fostering meaningful connections in and outside of our workforce.
