Kristine is a trusted advisor to private investors and corporations, specialising in ESG strategy, climate action initiatives, data analytics, reporting, and compliance. She is passionate for helping organisations integrate sustainability into their strategy and operations to drive long-term, risk adjusted returns while addressing today’s most pressing global challenges.

Kristine has over two decades of sustainability and finance leadership in private equity and the government. She previously served as the Global Sustainability & ESG Lead at Hellman & Friedman (H&F), responsible for deepening sustainability across H&F’s investment process, overseeing the firm’s ESG performance management function and partnering with portfolio company leadership to accelerate ESG-related value creation opportunities post-investment. Prior to her work in private equity, Kristine held senior financial management roles in the U.S. Department of State, where she optimised resources and ensured compliance for critical intelligence programs.
