Our hiring process 

We typically have a 3 stage process for suitable candidates. At every stage we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible so you get to know us too!

1. Screening call

This is a short phone call with our Talent Acquisition team to find out a little more about you and for you to find out more about Sedex

2. First interview

A video call to understand what experiences you would bring to this role and for you to ask any questions you have

3. Second interview

Either in person or by video call. You will likely be asked to prepare a task or exercise that will be given to you in advance
